When we're young and stupid we often make bad decisions, but unfortunately for Carson Briere he apparently hasn't learned from his poor decisions. Earlier in his collegiate hockey career Briere was kicked off the Arizona Sun Devils hockey team for "conduct detrimental to the team". Now the 23-year-old is back in the news cycle for all the wrong reasons.
Just a day after his father Daniel Briere was named General Manager of the Philadelphia Flyers, Carson was caught on tape making an absolutely terrible decision. The video, shot on security camera, appears to be taken at a local bar or club. While standing at the top of the stairs Carson can be seen getting into a wheel chair.
That's when things take a turn for the worse. Briere and a friend begin to push the chair towards the stairs, before Briere finally shoves it down the stairs.
As the chair falls it appears to be extremely damaged before it finally comes to a stop on the ground below. This choice is absolutely terrible and shows off an extremely bad character. Briere is no longer a young kid making a poor decision, he's a grown man making a terrible choice.
Briere is expected to face consequences for his actions, and this is a terrible look on the player.
