REPORT: Update on Stars goaltender after COLLAPSING during play and needed to be STRETCHERED off
Incase you missed it, last night Dallas Stars goaltender Scott Wedgewood made a save and immediately fell to the ice in pain.
Team Medical staff immediately ran out to him and paramedics were called, and eventually Wedgewood was taken off the ice on a stretcher.

Craig Morgan and Jeff Marek offered some comforting updates on Wedgewood after the game:
The good news for Scott Wedgewood is that it was just a massive back spasm. They're awful when they occur, but they pass. Hope he got some good drugs.

This is a huge sigh of relief as no one wants to see someone in such pain.
