REPORT: NHL makes a HUGE important announcement!

The National Hockey League along with the NHLPA made an epic announcement today, that is the International tournament known as the World Cup of Hockey is making a comeback.
We haven't had any best vs best hockey in along time due the COVID-19 pandemic and the last World cup was all the way back in 2016.
The last time this tournament was played in 2016, it consisted of 8 teams, which were:
-Canada (24-and-over players)
-Czech Republic
-Finland
-Russia
-Sweden
- United States (24-and-over players)
- Team Europe (Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Europe)
-Team North America (Canadians and Americans 23-and-under players)
Canada ended up taking the tournament over Team Europe in the finals after a huge comeback. Brad Marchand scored a short-handed goal to bring home the win for Team Canada.
Gary Bettman revealed the Tournament will take place in February 2024 and Is expected to be played during 15 days that have yet to be announced.
The 2024 World Cup will consist of 8-10 Countries and the World Cup will now be played every four years like originally intended.
