It was recently announced by the Boston Bruins that they have terminated the contract of Mitchell Miller only 2 days after signing it.
Today Miller's agent issues a statement on behalf of his client, which was saying all the right words, but unfortunately he was quickly called out and those words were apparently lies.
The Executive Director of Special Hockey America was quick to call them out over the statement:
In the statement given by Miller and his agent, it claimed he had worked with Adaptive Sports Ohio, but the Director responds stating that he never responded to the invitations to join.
He did not respond to a single invitation to join Special Hockey in AZ or OH. But our names were good enough for the press release. He made a choice repeatedly knowing there are consequences for actions. Even if there is enlightenment & forgiveness, there are consequences.
Ian Kennedy was the first to report:
After this announcement was made, another organization came out as well stating that they've never worked with Mitchell.
