Last night the Toronto Maple Leafs were hosting the Tampa Bay Lightning and things were getting a little heated after a hit on one of Maple Leafs star players.

Although it wasn't the heat, nor the fighting that ensued that has stolen all the headlines, it's the linesman Dan Kelly who decided to get a little physical with Maple Leafs Michael Bunting as he pushed him into the hall way to the locker room.

After the game, Michael Bunting realized that Kelly was a member of the AHL's Albany Devils, when he was in the minors:

A lot of people have been commenting today that the media is over-exaggerating this whole ordeal, but this goes into the same line of, if you cannot touch a goalie, why can a goalie touch you? So if you cannot touch the linesman, why can they tough you? If a player pushed a linesman like this, he would have a 10+ game suspension incoming.

Bunting though doesn't really seem to care about the situation and just wants to move on and play hockey:

Emotions were high. It's hockey. You move on from it.
