REPORT: Max Pacioretty looks to have ruptured his achilles tendon AGAIN (VIDEO)
Max Pacioretty missed the majority of this season as he fought to recovery from a ruptured achilles tendon that he suffered this past summer.
While he was finally getting back into the game, it looks like he has unfortunately done it again.
Last night with less than a minute to play in the game, the Carolina Hurricanes were on a powerplay and Pacioretty makes a normal move and immediately hits the ice in pain.
He would need assistance from his staff to make it to the locker room. No information has been provided at this time on his injury.

This is not a good sign for the rest of this season for Pacioretty.
