After losing in the 1st round four consecutive years, it seems like the Maple Leafs might be finally getting rid of Dubas, like fans have been begging for for years.
Jonas Seigel of the Athletic reported that here has been absolutely zero conversations between the Maple Leafs and Kyle Dubas about an extension to his contract.

We saw the Maple Leafs do barely anything to address their depth ranks on forward and defence, and intend on putting their hopes on two goaltenders who have been castoffs from other teams in Matt Murray and Ilya Samsonov after letting fan favourite Jack Campbell walk in free agency.
Will Dubas stick to his usual plan he has been doing these past few years this season or will be go into this season with a more urgent mentality and make some big moves to improve their roster?
