REPORT: Don Sweeney under fire after Bruins players were AGAINST signing controversial player today

By now you've probably read all about that the Boston Bruins have signed controversial player Mitchell Miller. A player that was drafted by the Arizona Coyotes and quickly dropped because it was released that Miller had been bullying a classmate in grade 8.

Reminder of the facts: Miller and another teen were were convicted in juvenile court of bullying and abusing Isaiah Meyer-Crothers, a Black and disabled classmate. Already appears to be some discrepancies between what #NHLBruins have said regarding Mitchell Miller.

1. Team referred to it as a singular "incident," yet victim's mother says this was "years" of trauma.

Sweeney on signing Mitchell Miller: "I am not going to downplay that this has been a personal struggle as well as a professional struggle."

They did not reach out to victim's family during vetting process.
