After defeating the Carolina Hurricanes last night, the New York Rangers will be moving on to the Eastern Conference Finals to take on the two-time Stanley cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning.

In the trade that sent Andrew Copp from the Winnipeg Jets to the New York Rangers, According to Capfriendly:
With New York #NYR moving on to the 3rd round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the 2022 2nd round pick sent to the Winnipeg #GoJetsGo in the F Andrew Copp trade has now upgraded to a 2022 1st round pick.

Andrew Copp has been everything the Rangers wanted out of him so far during his time in New York. Copp produced 18 points in 16 games during the regular season and 12 points in 14 games so far during the playoffs. He has definitely been worth the loss of a first round pick.
After the big win last night the General Manager Chris Drury went to celebrate with his team, which Copp took his opportunity to chirp his GM over the loss of the Rangers 1st round pick.
