Mikko Rantanen Fires Shots At His Teammate's Dad

Last night's Flames-Avalanche game was exciting, with the Colorado Avalanche edging out the Calgary Flames 6-5 in a thriller. Mikko Rantanen had himself a game, recording a goal and 2 assists for 3 points on the night.

Rantanen has had an incredible start to the year this year, with 13 goals and 21 assists for 34 points in 23 games. His incredible production has helped Colorado to the top of the Central Division standings.

Despite having such an incredible year, Rantanen took time last night in his interview to call out Ismo Lehkonen, Artturi Lehkonen's father, for his comments in the media about his training regime this offseason.

Reports have surfaced that Rantanen and his teammate Artturi Lehkonen are okay, and there is no drama between them. It is interesting to see, though, that Rantanen is holding on to the comments and has a chip on his shoulder.
