Marc-Andre Fleury is in his second season with the Minnesota Wild, and while statistically it's been his worst season in over a decade, the Minnesota Wild are still very confident that Fleury is the goalie that is finally going to lead them to a Stanley Cup.
The Minnesota Wild are set to take on the Dallas Stars in their first round match-up, and while the Stars might be the favourite to win the series, Fleury is going to have something to say about that.
Looking to rebound from a poor performance in last years playoffs, Fleury is switching things up. While he has rocked the Gold pads this entire season, he has brought in a new set that he debuted at practice and will be wearing during the playoffs:
Personally I wish he would go back to those yellow pads he wore when he started in the NHL, but apparently those helped people score on him, so we will settle with this new set.
