Is Auston Matthews done in Toronto after his contract?

The Toronto Maple Leafs had a very exciting season, lead by Auston Matthews leading the league in goals and setting a franchise record.
Unfortunately though, once again the Leafs great regular season ended in another first round exit.
This has had many speculate what's next for the Maple Leafs? Former NHL'er and hit podcast host of Spittin' chiclets, Ryan Whitney has got the hockey world wondering and Leafs Nation scared after his bold prediction.
Whitney believes Auston Matthews is counting down the seconds until he's officially a UFA and won't resign with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
