Hurricanes make surprising goalie choice for game 3
Already on their 3rd goalie after injuries to their starter and back-up, the Carolina Hurricanes confirmed today they would start rookie Pyotr Kochetkov tonight in game 3 against Boston.
Rod Brind'Amour confirms that Pyotr Kochetkov will start Game Three in Boston for the #Canes.

Already up 2-0 and outscoring Boston 10-3 in the best of 7 series, Carolina's goalies have shown toughness and pose despite the big stage they are playing on.
