It was the end of the road for the Edmonton Oilers after making it to the Western Conference Finals, last night they were swept by the Colorado Avalanche.
However Monday night was very special in Rexall Place as six year old Edmonton Oilers super fan Ben Stelter, who's battling brain cancer, met with 5 survivors from the tragic Humboldt Broncos bus crash to enjoy the game together.
Stelter and family would get together with the Humboldt Broncos survivors and their families prior to the game for a memorable moment and photo.
How great is that? It don't matter who you cheer for or where you're from, its moments like this that we can take into perspective and realize there's life other than hockey, but hockey can also help people, no matter what were going through in life.
