Hockey Insider reveals that John Tortorella's is possibly making an NHL return!
With the Stanley Cup playoffs rolling along most of the hockey world has been glued to it, but with all that amazing action going on, teams that didn't make the playoffs are looking to improve their roster for next season. Right now coaches have been a hot topic, who's fired, who's going where, and alot of the chatter has been about Barry Trotz.
However Trotz isn't the only coach making news of late, as NHL.com's Hockey Insider Kevin Weeks revealed, former NHL Coach Mr.controversy himself, the coach with no filter, John Tortorella has been interviewed by the Philadelphia Flyers.
Since being fired from the Columbus Blue Jackets last season, Tortorella has been working alongside Weekes as an analyst for ESPN this season. Tortorella has a long history of NHL coaching experience with over 20 years between the Tampa Bay Lightning, where he won the Stanley cup in 2004, New York Rangers, Vancouver Canucks, and of course most recent the Columbus Blue Jackets.
