Full list revealed of NHL players who filed for arbitration and which stars surprisingly DID NOT

Yesterday was the deadline for players to file for Salary Arbitration and once these players file for arbitration, they are no longer eligible to sign an offer sheet with any other teams.
If a player opts not to file for arbitration, they are still able to receive offer sheets.
The NHL released the list of all the RFA's who chose to file and who have not:

It's an interesting situation seeing Matthew Tkachuk not file for it as there have been many rumours surrounding teams offer sheeting Tkachuk. The Flames just lost their top player in Johnny Gaudreau, so if the team decides they are no longer a contender and want to start offer, the assets they would receive from Tkachuk would definitely jump-start a rebuild.
