We may have just gotten a major hint as to what team could be active in free agency next, but not in the way you may think.
Zadina Sweepstakes Has A Frontrunner
It has been revealed that the competition to land former 6th overall pick Filip Zadina almost has a winner, and it seems to be that the young forward may be joining an Atlantic Division opponent.
It is now rumored that Zadina could very well be leaning to signing with the Montreal Canadiens after it has been found out that his agent works for a company called Quartexx Management, which has connection to Canadiens GM Kent Hughes, as he is a previous member of the organization.
With this connection coming together between the two, as well as fellow Canadiens players
Kirby Dach and
Alex Newhook also being represented by this agency, it is only evident that we will soon see Zadina in a Habs uniform.
With Zadina expected to sign with a new team tomorrow, we will see if this connection will lead to an agreement on a contract.
