After an incredible career in Chicago, Patrick Kane was moved for the first time in his career last season, and now, it appears his unfinished business in the Big Apple may help him make his next decision.
After the Rangers flamed out in the 2022-23 Stanley Cup Playoffs in the first-round, Kane, now a free agent went on to have hip surgery, a process that is now expected to keep him out for several months of the regular season.
Despite this, there's been plenty of interest in the three-time Stanley Cup Champion, and after plenty of recent speculation, one expert insider has now predicted where No. 88 will play next.
According to Arthur Staple of The Athletic, Kane will be signing a deal with the Rangers once more, and although it's likely to happen once the season has begun, it will be a big boost for their lofty expectations.
Arthur Staple of The Athletic predicts that Patrick Kane will re-sign with the New York Rangers in November.
With a veteran core of
Artemi Panarin,
Mika Zibanejad,
Chris Kreider and
Adam Fox, a healthy, focused Kane could no doubt be a major addition to this team, and given his injury history, he's likely to come cheap, a big potential win for New York.
