Ducks GM - ''We are open for business.''

The Anaheim Ducks current sit outside the NHL playoffs and with a group of young up and comers, combined with an aging core, the Ducks find themselves in a unique space. Are they buyers? Sellers? Or somewhere in between?
Today Ducks General Manager Tom Fitzgerald provided some clarity on the Ducks' situstion. According to Elliotte Friedman today Fitzgerald informed his other GMs that he's willing to move have conversations about all his free agents.
This list includes Rickard Rakell, Josh Manson and Hampus Lindholm. There have been rumours the Ducks have been unsuccessful in extending these players at this point, but continue to work the phones both to other teams and the players agents.
The next two weeks are expected to be very exciting as we approach the NHL deadline.
