Connor McDavid is widely regarded as the best hockey player the NHL has seen in quite some time, as he broke the 150 point barrier a season ago, and now, it appears he's dominating beer league games too.
With just weeks to go until training camp kicks off for NHL teams, it appears Connor McDavid is getting in shape, but he's doing so in a way you might not expect.
In the same summer that he was seen showing up
Connor Bedard in training videos and his Oilers teammate
Evander Kane has been out getting beer league reps in, McDavid has now done the same.
Last night, McDavid was spotted by some TSN employees on the ice for a beer league Championship, proving that even when he's trying to be at the top of his game, he's capable of having plenty of fun.
It's safe to say that it came as a shock to many involved, but given his good nature, it was very well received, even if he may be just a level, or maybe two above those other players on the ice.
