This past week we saw one of the biggest names on the NHL trade block get moved when the Vancouver Canucks finally moved Bo Horvat to the New York Islanders, after they failed to come to terms on a contract extension with their captain.
Due to the timing, Bo Horvat who was originally selected to play in the All-star game as a member of the Vancouver Canucks, still played in the game as a Vancouver Canucks, instead of on the Metro team, the division in which he is in now as a member of the Islanders.
Today the games officially took place, and he was linemates with his former teammate on the Canucks, Elias Pettersson, where they made a heartbreaking deal.
