Friedman Leaks DeBrincat's Next Home
NHL insider Elliotte Friedman is one of the most respected figures in the industry. He consistently breaks trades and signings before they are announced and relays this information to the public.
Today, he went onto the NHL Network and discussed Alex DeBrincat where he leaked where he will be getting traded to.
The Red Wings are the perfect location for DeBrincat considering the stage of their rebuild they're in and now DeBrincat is a Michigan native himself.
The undersized winger is known for his knack for the net having scored 25+ goals in 5 of his 6 years in the NHL. However, he is coming off of a down year scoring only 27 goals, his lowest total since 2019-20. He will look to score 40+ goals for the third time in his career when he is with the Red Wings playing alongside elite talents such as Dylan Larkin and Moritz Seider.
