After the Toronto Maple Leafs were eliminated from the first round of the Stanley cup playoffs for the 5th straight year it caused frustration among Leafs Nation.
Many vented their frustrations via social media including Arashi Madani of Sportsnet. Madani took to Twitter asking Leafs fans suggestions on what they should do next. Madani felt the Leafs should fire Sheldon Keefe, who just set franchise records for wins and points and in turn hire Rick Bowness who just left the Dallas Stars after losing to Calgary in 7 games.
Many Leafs fans took to Keefe's defense including NHL Agent, Jeff Jackson, who represents Auston Matthews. Jackson called out Arash Madani for his terrible idea on the Leafs' coaching situation.
It seems like Jackson is all in on Keefe and Madani's hot-take is definitely unpopular in Leaf's fan's eyes, not to mention that close relationship between Keefe and Auston Matthews doesn't hurt either.
