Tonight Ryan Reaves got himself back in the fighting column with a big heavyweight tilt against Arizona Coyotes forward Liam O'Brien.
Reaves Drops The Gloves In An Intense Fight
Late in the first period Ryan Reaves found himself on the ice with an opportunity to fight. Reaves happily took the fight against Coyotes Liam O'Brien. Reaves controlled the fight from beginning to end getting several good shots in on O'Brien. After the pair was broken up Reaves flexed to the crowd in celebration.

Reaves who was expected to be more of a fighter going into the season got into just his third fight of the season. This one did the job effectively giving the Maple Leafs more momentum heading into the first intermission. As period two begins the Maple Leafs find themselves up 1-0.
