On a recent podcast episode, McGroarty was described as a 'red flag' for his behavior.
"This is crazy to me. We're talking about red flag. A young man who has yet to prove himself at the pro level expects to walk in and be on an NHL roster right away...thats a problem"
We now await a trade to be announced involving McGroarty to see where his next NHL team is.
