NHL Announces Changes to 2025-26 Season Schedule, Affecting Maple Leafs and Others
The NHL announced their schedule for the upcoming season recently, and now, they've made some changes, with those changes effecting Toronto and others.
The National Hockey League schedule is set in stone after announcements earlier this off-season, with fans thrilled that the off-season is finally coming to an end as we get hockey back on our screens.

Toronto Maple Leafs See Multiple Home and Road Games Rescheduled
According to a social media post from Maple Leafs analyst Steve Dangle, Gary Bettman and the league have made some intriguing changes to the schedule, some of them incredibly minute and confusing ones as well.
Among those changes are ones that start earlier or later by as small a difference as 15 minutes, but given how superstitious players in the league are, they're changes that could make a big difference to players.

For the most part, these changes shouldn't effect fans too much, as the league has been good enough to announce the changes over six weeks before the season begins, meaning that fans should have enough time to adjust.
Ultimately though, it's confusing as to why the league has had to make some of these changes at all, but with fans locking in travel for games, it's important that they know of these potential changes and how they could impact fans heading into the season.
