Joseph Woll is reportedly out for game seven versus Boston
The Toronto Maple Leafs have fought off elimination twice this series winning two games with Joseph Woll in net but the Leafs star in net will have to miss the game tonight versus the Boston Bruins.
Insider Nick Kypreos just announced that the Toronto Maple Leafs will likely lose goaltender Joseph Woll versus the Boston Bruins tonight.
Now some rumblings on Woll's availability for game 7.
I can't make this up..
I'm hoping for @MapleLeafs fans someone else did.
The Leafs will now look to lean on Ilya Samsonov after Woll came in relief for him and performed wonderfully. With this being a season-ending game for one of either the Leafs or Bruins, this is not an ideal situation.
It is expected that Martin Jones will back up Ilya Samsonov if the worst is confirmed for Woll and the Maple Leafs.
