The St. Louis Blues have been a fantastic team for quite some time in the Western Conference, but with the emergence of Utah, Nashville, Minnesota, Winnipeg, Dallas, and Colorado, they may be facing a battle for last place in the Central Division in 2024/25. With that, the team may look to build for the future by finding additional assets, and according to all reports, Colton Parayko is one name they may look to move to make that happen.
Now, The Fourth Period's David Pagnotta has revealed more about his trade market, linking three Canadian teams to the 31-year-old blue liner.
Parayko's name continues to swirl around the trade winds, as it has for the last two seasons. He has a full NTC and five more years left on his contract. It'll take a big deal, and his approval, to make something happen, but the Blues are exploring their options and seem set on moving at least one of their defenceman this off-season.

Despite the team struggling a year ago, Parayko still posted a +4 goal differential while tallying 10 goals and 26 points, and while he may not be the player he once was during the Blues' playoff success, he remains a valuable player in the NHL. Given the three teams listed, it would be no surprise to see Brad Treliving and the Maple Leafs take a run at Parayko, as they stocked up on talented defensemen this summer with
Chris Tanev and
Oliver Ekman-Larsson, so of all three of these teams, keep the closest eye on Toronto.
