One of the top UFAs that is still available on the open market as the new season gets closer is Jack Roslovic, and the latest team he's been linked to is the Montreal Canadiens per analyst Chris Johnston.

One of the top UFAs that is still available on the open market as the new season gets closer is Jack Roslovic, and now he's being linked to another Atlantic Division club after being previously linked to the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Per a report from analyst Chris Johnston, the Montreal Canadiens are the latest team to show interest in Roslovic.
Chris Johnston: Re Jack Roslovic: Montreal's a team that's talked about looking for a center; Vancouver; these teams have been around Roslovic at various points; I don't see the Leafs as being as much a fit right now; they have too many forwards - Chris Johnston Show (9/22)
Roslovic appears to be taking his time with his decision on where he'll play next.

Jack Roslovic played last year with the Carolina Hurricanes

The Canadiens could use another center, as Kirby Dach hasn't exactly impressed since being acquired in a trade from the Chicago Blackhawks. With the Draft selection that Chicago used in return from Montreal, they used it to take Frank Nazar, who they just re-signed to a 7 year deal.
Last year with the Hurricanes, Roslovic had 39 points (22G, 17A) while playing in all but 1 game.
He was taken with the 25th pick in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft by the Winnipeg Jets, and has also played for the Columbus Blue Jackets and New York Rangers.
He has 260 points (102G, 158A) in 526 career NHL games with the Jets, Blue Jackets, Rangers and Hurricanes.
