The Vegas Golden Knights captain Mark Stone called out the officials after the controversial missed call on the Edmonton Oilers.

Brayden McNabb left the game with just under five minutes remaining in overtime following a dangerous play by Oilers forward Viktor Arvidsson, who sent the Golden Knights defenseman flying into the boards in a race for the puck.
Visibly injured, McNabb left the game, and no penalty was called on the play.
A few minutes later, the Oilers scored the game-winning goal at five-on-five, with a great play by Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl.
Check out the hit and the goal here:
The Golden Knights are now in a tough situation. They just lost the first two games of the series at home and will need to win at least one game in Edmonton to force the Oilers to return to Vegas for a fifth game.
After the game, Golden Knights players showed frustration about the results, which were especially hard to take due to the incident between McNabb and Arvidsson.
Captain Mark Stone's comments reflected a general opinion within the team's locker room: they didn't agree with the referees' decision about the McNabb hit and called them out for it.
Here's what he had to say:
"Pretty clear it's a penalty. His stick gets between McNabb's legs and sends him headfirst into the boards. It's pretty clear-cut. A penalty, in my eyes - and I think in everybody's eyes, right? But it's hockey. You don't always get the calls, and it's unfortunate. Now, we might be down a D-man.

We'll see tomorrow. But yeah, it's just a dirty play, and we didn't get the call.

Listen, ref's looking right at it. He blew it. He missed the call. I don't know what else to say. It's a can-opener trip - it's a dangerous play. It's all of those things. But it didn't get called, so you've got to keep playing.

And McNabb - he's probably one of the most popular guys in the room. That's the tough part - playing through something like that. It's not as easy as it looks. We're human, right? But at the end of the day, that's the task in front of you when those calls go your way - or they don't. And they made a play and capitalized on it.

So yeah, it hurts. It stings to lose that way. Next question."
Fans are eager to get an update on McNabb's health and to see how the Golden Knights will bounce back from their 2-0 deficit in Edmonton over the coming days.
