Bruins' Jeremy Swayman reveals his true feeling regarding facing Linus Ullmark
Jeremy Swayman's Boston Bruins are set to take on Linus Ullmark's Ottawa Senators tomorrow night, and the Bruins netminder shared his true feelings about this.
On Saturday, November 9, the Boston Bruins have a big game on tap. They face off against the Ottawa Senators. Fans will not want to miss this one.
Jeremy Swayman and Linus Ullmark face off for the first time since their tandem was broken up when GM Don Sweeney pulled the plug during the offseason.
Jeremy Swayman and Linus Ullmark were very close during their time together in Boston. The two allowed a budding friendship to develop as they shared time in the Bruins' net.
Therefore, it wasn't that long ago that Jeremy Swayman spoke to the media about his upcoming tilt with Linus Ullmark and the Senators.
Here is what the Anchorage, Alaska native had to say about this upcoming reunion:
"It still hasn't hit. It still feels like I got his presence around here, and the traditions that we had still live on. That's with every guy that's been through this locker room and the relationships that I've had with forwards and D-men alike and staff. That's a testament to the guys who've been through this locker room and worn this jersey. We're brothers for life."
- Jeremy Swayman
It will be great to see these former Bruins stars go up against one another as division rivals.
Fans will be keeping an eye out to see if, at some point during the game, the two netminders reunite to perform their signature hug one final time in front of the crowd.
