Vegas' Zach Whitecloud's True Personality Caught on Camera
Some hockey players always seems to go above and beyond what's expected of them when it comes to interacting with fans. Zach Whitecloud of the Vegas Golden Knights is certainly one of those.
Always has Time for Fans
The Vegas Golden Knights pulled off a huge victory in game 1 of the NHL's Stanley Cup Final last night with a 5-2 win over the Florida Panthers. Whitecloud had the team's third goal, which would be the game winner. It was likely the biggest game of Whitecloud's career. Rather than celebrate with teammates following the game, he was out in the stands handing out pucks and sticks to kids and talking with them like he's known them all his life.
It was later revealed that Whitecloud had invited these kids to the game personally after they lost their father in March. He also gave them a tour of the Knights' dressing room
One of Many
This is one of many acts Whitecloud has pulled off that show his true colours. The blueliner seems to be nothing but grateful for where he is and is determined to give back. Whitecloud is one of the good ones and a real genuine person.
