No one ever wants to see a player injured, and tonight in a game between the Ottawa 67's and Kingston Frontenacs, a player was taken off the ice injured on a stretcher.
A hit occured in the first period of the game which involved Montreal Canadiens prospect Vinzenz Rohrer, and as he flew in the air, he landed directly on his head/neck.
Many have reported that he was convulsing while on the ice.
Vinzenz Rohrer is a third round pick by the Montreal Canadiens in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, and has been having a very good season for the Ottawa 67's. Let's hope everything is alright and he can make a full recovery.
