SCARY SCENE - Jake Evans Knocked-out after crashing into the boards
Jake Evans took an awkward fall into the boards while after he got a shot on net this evening and required medical staff to help him make his way to the dressing room.
The latest update on Evans is that he is considered day-to-day but that «he's fine.»
