It's been a very long and disappointing season in Motor city for the Detroit Redwings. After so many years of some of successful regular seasons and playoffs, the Wings have been in rebuild mode for a few years now.
Things have gotten worse for the Detroit Red Wings as they announced that captain Dylan Larkin will miss the remainder of the season and will undergo surgery to repair a core muscle they will have an 8-10 week recovery time.
It is believed that Larkin will be fully healed and ready to go by next season after this surgery.
