Despite having been retired from the NHL for the past year, former player and pest Andrew Shaw has continued to cause controversy from behind his keyboard, re-igniting an old feud with Oilers goaltender Mike Smith.
Back in 2012 when Shaw was on his first stint with the Chicago Blackhawks and Smith played for the Coyotes, the Hawks' forward never avoided the goalie and hit him in the head behind his own net, creating chaos on the ice.
Fast forward to Mike Smith and the Oilers being swept by the Colorado Avalanche in the conference final and we see that Shaw is still poking at Smith unnecessarily.
We haven't seen a response from Smith for these yet, stay tuned!
