The Colorado Avalanche had their Stanley Cup parade today after defeating the Tampa Bay Lightning last Sunday in 6 games to win their first cup in 21 years.
We dont know what was originally happening in this scene but it looks like Bowen Byram went to give some fans a high five or an autograph and the Police believed he was a fan hoping the barricade and refused to let him go back to the Parade.
