New York Rangers Have Their New Jerseys Leaked Online
The New York Rangers' potential third jerseys may have leaked online, and fans have mixed reviews of the new look.
Rangers Bring Back Sheild in New Third Jersey
The Rangers had been the subject of several rumours this offseason that they might get new jerseys. Now, it appears that the rumour is only getting stronger, as a new leaked image of a potential third jersey is going viral.
Potential New York Rangers alternate jersey leak?
The jersey brings back the old shield that the Rangers haven't worn since the 1977-788 season. It also features a very faint navy blue band around the arm and the Rangers' nickname "Blueshirts" on the collar.
Is that a royal blue stripe I spy?
Fans Seem Mixed About Jerseys
The fan reaction on X.com has been mixed, with several fans posting about how they like or dislike the jerseys. The consensus, though, is that the shield is nice but the colorway is not.
Is that black? Or just very dark Navy?
This here would be the perfect Rangers alternate uniform.
Until a formal announcement is made by the Rangers, we will have to speculate as to whether or not the jerseys are real.
