Nashville Predators tease huge announcement on social media then disappoint fans

It was an exciting few short hours today with the Calgary Flames as they sign star center Nazem Kadri to a 7 year deal, then make a trade with the Montreal Canadiens to send Sean Monahan and a first to the Habs to free up cap space.
But before all this happened, we saw players trending, and the Nashville Predators started making these announcements on social media, teasing fans and making us all think they were going to make some blockbuster moves:
Just to find out that their big announcement was that they would be hosting the NHL Awards and NHL draft in 2023.
While this would be great news any other time, and it's great for the city of Nashville, fans were definitely hoping for a big trade or signing.
