NHL Department of Player Safety Hands Out a Fine After Game Three in Dallas
Max Domi was acquired by the Stars at the trade deadline to provide some scoring depth and physicality. He has 11 points in 16 games so far this playoffs which is certainly impressive for a middle 6 player.
In game three, Domi had many questionable plays but one that he was fined for.
This appears to have been a mistake from NHL Players Safety as Domi was not penalized for any slash but rather received a game misconduct for this play.
It is far more likely that this was the play that got Domi fined but with the NHL you never know.
