Minor League Player Mysteriously Suspended
An ECHL player has been mysteriously suspended and nobody knows exactly why.
Gueorgui Feduolov Suspended
It was announced by the ECHL that Gueorgui Feduolov has been suspended by his team, the Norfolk Admirals.
The following players have been placed on team suspension in order to protect their ECHL playing rights: by: @IndyFuel - D Zach Vinnell (he's signed to play for @ClanIHC in the @officialEIHL); by @NorfolkAdmirals - F Gueorgui Feduolov.
The conditions for Feduolov's suspension are currently unknown but it is quite intriguing to see this without any announcement.
Norfolk's Two NHL Affiliations
The Admirals currently have two affiliations with NHL teams: the Winnipeg Jets and the Carolina Hurricanes.
Norfolk Admirals come to affiliation agreement with Winnipeg Jets
Feduolov was a prospect for neither team and was a free agent signing from the NCAA. It seems like we will have to wait on an official word but two NHL teams are likely watching this situation closely.
