Everyone knows the Toronto Maple Leafs and 4-1 leads don't usually end well, unless you're a fan of the other team or in search of some great hockey memes. In 2013 the Maple Leafs took a 4-1 lead into the final 5 minutes of Game 7 in their series against the Boston Bruins. In typical Maple Leafs' fashion they found a way to give up 3 goals and lose the game in overtime.
Milan Lucic was a key member of that team and hilariously hasn't let the Maple Leafs live that lose down since.
Last night was no different.
When the NHL Instagram account sent out a post about the Avalanche coming back in last night's game after being behind 4-1, to win in overtime against the Maple Leafs, Lucic chose to hilariously add on his two cents.
Lucic hilariously quipped, "Seen this before?"
Although Lucic has lost a step he's still in the NHL's top 10 for trolling and we are definitely here for it.
