New York Islanders coach Barry Trots is usually one of the most calm and respected coaches in the entire NHL.
But it wasn't one of those nights, while losing 4-0 to the St Louis Blues, Trotz was trying to get the officials attention. It wasn't working and Trotz had to grab a players stick and start banging it on the boards.
When that didn't work Barry Trotz threw the stick on the ice. Trotz got his time out but he also earned his team a unsportsmanlike penalty on the play.
