Embarrassing video of P.K Subban and Michel Therrien resurfaces

A topic of conversation with many coaches if how they handle players. Are they good one-on-one, do they scream, manipulate, discourage etc..
Michel Therrien was the coach of the Montreal Canadiens on two occasions. First between 2000-03, then he was rehired in 2012, before being replaced by Claude Julien in 2017.
It was rumoured that the players were getting upset with Therrien's coaching style and from the looks of this video and how he treated P.K Subban, we can understand exactly why.
