ESPN to release epic documentary about the Wings and Avalanche rivalry
Do you ever miss that old hardcore hockey? Well your in luck. This June, ESPN is set to release an awesome documentary on the epic rivalry between the Colorado Avalanche and Detroit Red Wings from the past.
Some of the highlighted footage will include that epic line brawl that Patrick Roy and Chris Osgood would have that turned out to be one of the best Goaltending clashes of all time.
This documentary preview features all of the warriors that took part in this epic battle including Lemieux, McCarty, Foote Draper, Roy and Shanahan plus many more. If you remembered this rivalry or want to see some hardcore old school hockey battles this is it.
