The first member from the 2018 Team Canada scandal has officially been announced.
Formenton Turns Himself In
It was just announced that Alex Formenton has turned himself in to the police.
BREAKING: Alex Formenton, a former NHL player with the Ottawa Senators and 2018 junior player, has turned himself into London police. "Alex will vigorously defend his innocence and asks that people not rush to judgment without hearing all of the evidence.»
Formenton has been playing in the Swiss league this past season and is a former 15-goal scorer at the NHL level.
