BREAKING: NHL Hands Out The Longest Suspension Of The Season
The NHL has just suspended forward David Perron for a long time following a dirty cross-check to the head.
Perron Gets Suspended Six Games
The NHL DoPS just announced the longest suspension of the year for on-ice actions.
Detroit's David Perron has been suspended for six games for cross-checking Ottawa's Artem Zub. Here was the play that got Perron suspended.
While Senators forward Shane Pinto was suspended for half of the season for illegal sports betting, this suspension is for off-ice actions. Perron can now appeal this suspension but may not.
