BREAKING: Flames Forward Suspended For Dirty Cross-Check
Last night Andrew Mangiapane laid a dirty cross-check on Kraken forward Jared McCann which resulted in Mangiapane being ejected from the game.
Due to this, Mangiapane was automatically suspended for the hit.
Now, the NHL Department of Player Safety has reached a verdict on Mangiapane's punishment.
Calgary's Andrew Mangiapane has been suspended for one game for Cross-checking Seattle's Jared McCann.
Some believed that this was the dirtiest hit of the season so far so they wanted more games.
