BREAKING: Controversial Player Signs New Contract
In breaking news, this controversial hockey player has just signed a new professional contract after many thought he was done.
Controversial Mitchell Miller Signs Contract in KHL
It has been reported by a Russian sports website Sports-express.ru that Mitchell Miller will be signing a deal with the KHL's Ak Bars Kazan.
As SE has learned, Ak Bars will sign a contract with American defenseman Mitchell Miller.
Now the 21-year-old hockey player plays for Liptovsky Mikulas HK in Slovakia
Miller is known in NHL circles for the controversy that ended his time with not one but two NHL teams. After he was drafted by the Coyotes in 2020, his past actions came to light when it was reported he bullied a developmentally challenged schoolmate, and that he had made several racist remarks.
After this became public, Arizona terminated Miller. Surprisingly, Miller was able to sign another deal with the Bruins, however, they also terminated that deal after receiving public backlash.
Miller will look to find a home in Russia among other controversial players like Alex Galchenyuk, Reid Boucher, and Brendan Leipsic.
