For years now the Arizona Coyotes have been sitting at the bottom of the standings. Fans have considered them the laughing stock of the league for awhile due to their consistent rebuilding, lack of fan attendance and now the fact that they are playing in an OHL sized arena.
Long gone are the days of Shane Doan and Radim Vrbata leading an offensively challenged Coyotes to the playoffs.
This year the Arizona Coyotes social media team has been a star though. When they upset the Toronto Maple Leafs last week, the team made sure fans knew that the Coyotes have gotten atleast a point in every game they've played against the Leafs since 2002:
Now last night after defeating the Columbus Blue Jackets last night 6-3, they took a hilarious shot at the Blue Jackets:
While the Coyotes might not be a winning team just yet, small things like this gets the fan base excited and interactive, which is exactly what this teams needs.
